Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to;
  1.   Schedule donation pickups,
  2.   Reschedule or cancel existing pickups
  3.   And obtain your tax deductible receipt.

Goodwill of Central Arizona thanks you for your donations! Please familiarize yourself with our Home Pick-up policies below. If you have any questions, please contact our Home Pick-up Department at (602) 513-8444.

  1.   Pick-ups are made starting at 8am through dusk. Due to the number of scheduled pick-ups and varying locations, we are unable to provide a more specific window. If you are scheduling a pick-up for a business, school, or church, please contact us at (602) 513-8444 to make arrangements.
  2.   If your pick-up is enough to fill a large truck, please contact us at (602) 513-8444 to make arrangements.
  3.   Each pick-up truck has only one driver. If your donation is too large to be moved by one person, please contact us at (602) 513-8444 to make arrangements.
  4.   Unfortunately, we are unable to move items from an upstairs location. Please make sure all items are on ground level and ready for pick-up.
  5.   Please ensure all smaller and loose items are secured in bags or boxes.
  6.   A tax deductible Donation Receipt will be left at your front door.
